La Cocoteraie is located in one of the most beautiful places of the island from few metres of the beach of Mont Choisy near Trou aux biches. It takes about five minutes of walking to go to the beach of Trou aux biches and you have a beautiful landscape in front of you.

In the vicinity of La Cocoteraie, you can practise the following sports like surfing, catamaran, water bike, beach volley, diving, tennis, big fishing game, water-skiing moreover there are supermarket, souvenir shops, shopping centres.
You can relax in a massage centre, submarine diving, glass bottom boats. At night you can go to the casino or to the cinema, you can also watch the beach sega show.

Accommodation
LA COCOTERAIE offers three types of lodging options in the heart of a magnificent flowered and shady garden:
Bungalows
Our bungalows are built in such a way as to accommodate minimum four persons, they are very spacious, pleasant and designed in such a way that they are in font of the garden and the swimming pool. At the ground-floor there is a living, a dining, a kitchen, a toilet. Upstairs there is a room with a double bed, a room with two single beds, a safe, a bathroom, toilet and balcony.
Studios
The studios are located in a quiet place a little far from the swimming pool. LA COCOTERAIE have four ventilated studios for two persons. And two air conditioned studios. The studios comprise of a double bed; a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony.
We have also two studios for four persons (separated rooms). One which is ventilated and another is air conditionned.
And finally we have a ventilated studio for 6 persons with 2 double beds in a separated rooms with the possibility to add 2 beds for 2 children, breakfast included.
Rooms
Like the studios the rooms are located in a quiet place a little far from the swimming pool.The rooms are designed in such a way as to accommodate a couple or a single person. The room have a double bed, a bathroom and a balcony.
We have three rooms and one air conditionned room.

Restaurants
La Cocoteraie's restaurant welcomes you everyday from 7H30 in the morning to 11 o'clock at night in a pleasant atmosphere. You can eat in the restaurant, have the meal delivers to your home or take away.
